breathbeat
Wherever the music is, we'll find its pulse and breathe you through it.
Sit or lie down wherever you are. Never while driving.
Sit or lie down to practice, wherever you are. At home, at a show, in a park. Just get low first: the risk isn't the place, it's being upright if you go light-headed. Never while driving, at height, or in water.
Ask your doctor first if you're pregnant, or live with epilepsy or seizures, a heart condition, high or low blood pressure, glaucoma, or a recent surgery or injury.
Feel unwell? Stop and breathe normally. This app isn't medical care.

Sit or lie down first. Stop if you feel unwell.
Music in, breath out. That was the whole thing, and none of what is below is required. It is here now if you want it: the techniques by name, a voice instead of silence, and how long to go for.
finding the pulse
how to breathe: low, then wide, then full
Begin at the core. Start the breath low, from the belly and diaphragm. Expand through the chest. Let it rise and open the ribcage. Complete at the mouth. Fill the upper chest and throat, then release slowly and completely.
Breathe through an open mouth. It allows a fuller intake and a deeper release. Engage your belly to empty fully on the exhale, and keep your jaw, shoulders and neck loose throughout.
keep noticing
Not the breath you're taking now. The one after this one.
